2009 Tasting Notes / Drink 2010 – 2013

Made from 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon from our older vines, the fruit for this wine was picked in late September in fine weather and in perfect condition.

This has produced an excellent wine of a pale lemony yellow colour with well integrated richness and style with a slight grapefruit lift and tantalising aromas of honeysuckle and crisp mineral flavours. There is also just a touch of vanilla on the palate balanced by a fruity freshness, good acidity and a long dry finish.
