Made from 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc, the fruit for this wine was hand picked on 28/29th September and shows a good bright velvety colour, elegently poised fruit with good oak and a slightly perfumed aroma.
On the palate it has sweet freshly cooked and vibrant plump ripe berry flavours, with the Cabernet Franc providing extra structure and support.
