Made from 70% Sauvignon blanc and 30% Semillon, the fruit for this wine was hand picked on 12/15th September.

The colour of the wine is a pale lemony yellow, with a slight grapefruit lift over the finely expressed fruit. It also displays a floral nose with crisp citrus fruit flavours of tangerine and lemon zest that are rounded out by enticing spice and the creamy lees flavours. It will last a long time
